weekender







1 - solace
2 - canadian pride - a couple of my faves
3, 4, 5 - beautiful thrift store find (nearly new shop on portage av) on saturday. a slip to be worn over and under. can't wait. $5
6 - legendary tape made by my pa that i was recently able to rescue from my car tape deck with a pair of needlenose pliers. (just in time, as my car has been written off) my sisters and i will rave about and admire this mix until our dying days 

i hope everyone had a lovely weekend! i got to see my family and friends, and to me that is a success. what did everyone get up to?

    $5!! Heck yeah... it's beautiful! Lovely photos. I love how you're taking advantage of the natural light here... looks great.

    I did nothing for St. Patricks Day (lame!) but work all weekend and then catch up on rest on sunday, haha. But it's okay... it was fun work!

    Love your thrift store find. I used to wear slips like that under skirts and have the beautiful bottom hem peak through. I have never been to the nearly new shop on Portage might have to check it out one of these days:)

      go for it daphne! there are a bunch of awesome things there, and a rack just of vintage. i'm excited to wear this slip :)

    That pink piece looks AMAZING! Great find! This weekend my husband and I went to Fargo (were we crazy?) for a relaxing weekend with another couple. We shopped, ate good food, played board games and watched movies! It was quite fantastic. There will be a blog post about it soon ;)
