it was the first beautiful weekend in winnipeg, and i spent most of it in bed! i'm on the mend from a cold, so hopefully i'll be feeling normal again really really soon. i wanna get my bike out, and there are so many things to do this week: band practice, a farewell to my work pal, and our little etsy sale on saturday :)

W.E.S.T. handmade and vintage sale III

I hope that you Winnipeggers will join us on May 4th for the third W.E.S.T. Handmade and Vintage Sale! There will be treats and refreshments for sale while you browse, and a supervised craft table for your kiddies. there seems to be a theme to this week's five find friday -- can you tell i'm on a dress kick? i've been trying to thrift specifically dresses here in winnipeg, but things are coming up short. although, i did just get my sewing machine back, so i'll be able to alter some dresses to fit my needs (and body). i may also hit up etsy -- it would be my first clothing purchase off the website. these are a few of my favourites from the past seven days!

ETSY VINTAGE SHOP UPDATE

happy wednesday! i hope everyone is keeping well. winnipeg is back to being -40 C, so there's that, and i'm back to summer-dreaming. in the meantime, there are new items in my shop! can you spot the picture i took of my lovely best friend brenna this past weekend? it's WAY easier to take pictures of someone else when you don't have a remote or a timer that takes several pictures with a delay between each snap! i'm working on new listings at the moment, so those should be up little-by-little in the next couple weeks.  if you'd like to shop some of these looks, click here or on my little right-hand side bar there! (ps. this is one of my favourite flower crowns that i've made. it's so large  and bright and fun to wear. if i didn't work in a office, i'd wear one every day!)
